Apartment 18/2 is suitable for two persons. The total surface area of the apartment is 35 square metres. The apartment is located on the first floor of apartment complex Camelia and can be accessed by staircase or lift. There is parking space at the free parking lot of the apartment complex.
Entree
The entrance hall gives you direct access to the kitchen and bathroom, both at the right-hand side. The combined living room and bedroom are down the hall behind the swing doors.
Combined living room and bedroom
Waking up to a phenomenal view overlooking lake Como, what a treat! You can enjoy the best of what this region has to offer in both summer and winter. The terrace with French windows overlooks the lake, mountains and the little town of Bellagio on the other side of the water. Even in late autumn, the temperature can easily hit 20 degrees Celcius. And in winter you can just sit back and enjoy the view from the sofa behind the French window.
The comfortable double bed also overlooks the area. During rainy days or quiet evenings you can find pleasure in watching TV (flatscreen satellite) with a connection to Youtube and Netflix. Wifi is, of course, for free.
Apart from the double bed, sofas and television there is also a spacious dresser where you can put your clothes away. Catch up on your studies at the desk with a modern bookcase on the wall.
Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a washing area and a walk-in closet where you can put your clothes and toiletry away. The washing area is fully equipped in Italian style: toilet, bath/shower, bidet and washbasin are all present. There are also two drying frames available for a quick hand-wash. Furthermore, there is a laundry room at the apartment complex which can be used for €13 a washing. Towels are available and are, of course, changed between departure and new arrival.

The kitchen The kitchenette is fully equipped with a hob with two rings, fridge with a small freezer and a microwave and oven. Enjoy the taste of Italy at the dining bar!
