Apartment 18/4 is suitable for 4 persons. The total surface area of the apartment is 35 square metres. The apartment is located on the first floor of apartment complex Camelia and can be accessed by staircase or lift. There is parking space at the free parking lot of the apartment complex.

Entrance/bedroom

When you open the door to the apartment, you directly step into the bedroom. The entrance/bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, clothing shelves and closets. Luggage can bed stored under the bed. The room is adjacent to the bathroom of the apartment.

Bathroom

The bathroom is fully equipped in Italian style:  toilet, bath/shower, bidet and washbasin are all present. There are also two drying frames available for a quick hand-wash. Furthermore, there is a laundry room at the apartment complex which can be used for €13 a washing. Towels are available and are, of course, changed between departure and new arrival.

Living room/kitchen-diner

The living room and kitchen-diner bathe in sunlight that shines through the glass balcony doors. When you wake up in the morning and open the shutters, you’ll directly look out on lake Como. On the terrace you can enjoy this breathtaking view night and day. Even in late autumn, the temperature can easily hit a 20 degrees Celcius. 

This room is dominated by the comfortable sitting area. The couch can be folded out and turned into a double bed of  160×200 cm. Clothes can be put on the clothing shelves or in the wardrobe. During the warmer days, the fan cools down the room. A flatscreen satellite TV and DVD-player are present and so are a couple of Italian movies. Wifi is available and of course for free.

The modern and kitchen-diner is a perfect place to enjoy your meal. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a child-safe induction hob with four rings, fridge with a small freezer and a combination oven. Enjoy the taste of Italy at the dining bar!
